A rare and protected underground heritage, the Goyet grottos are one of the most prestigious prehistoric sites in Europe.
Ice-age animals, prehistoric dogs, Neanderthals and Cro-Magnons have left their mark here. The most important Belgian prehistoric works of art have been discovered here.
The Goyet grottos have been recognised as ‘Exceptional Heritage of Wallonia’ since 2022!
