The town stretches along both banks of the Petite Honnelle and is crossed by the old Roman road linking Bavay to Flanders.
It is situated around the beautiful Place Fulgence Masson. It is an exceptional wooded area due to its configuration, lime trees and the old “Tournai-style” houses that border it.
