All our ingredients are fresh, seasonal and entirely prepared in our restaurant. We give preference to produce from local producers respecting nature.
The menu changes with the seasons and events: game during the hunting season, Christmas and New Year, Saint Valentine…
During the week we have a special lunch menu. You can also choose between a set menu or à la carte dishes.
For our hotel guests, a half-board package and gourmet weekend or mid-week stays are also available.

Nicolas attended the Hôtelière Provinciale school in Namur and had the chance to learn his trade at the Moulin Hideux in Noirefontaine. He went on to work at the Barbizon in Overijse, the Bruneau in Ganshoren and the Grandgousier in Mirwart. He got a taste of the art of patisserie with Renaud Arnould in Saint-Hubert. After a last spell at the Château d’Hassonville in Aye, he opened his own restaurant, Le Parvis 21, in La Roche-en-Ardenne.
Our restaurant is closed on Monday and on Tuesdays, as well as during staff holidays (the first two weeks in January and the first week of September).
