Chertin Cheese Dairy

In a working farm, the Frippiat-Sandron family has developed a cheese dairy.

After cattle farming (Limousin) and growing wheat and rape, using cow's milk to make cheese was the logical next step: cheese lovers can try a huge variety!


Falaën (soft washed rind cheese)

Molignard (semi-soft cheese): plain, nettle, garlic/herbs and paprika

Chertin (new since 2006) (soft cheese with surface mould)


Buret (buttermilk)

Plain fromage blanc

Fromage frais with herbs

Salted and unsalted butter
