Olivier and Corinne first converted part of their house into a workshop preparing duck-based products, which is accredited by Belgium's Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC).

At Rue de la Schock, they prepare foie gras, pâtés, mousse, magret confit, rillettes, crackling, leg confit… These products are sold at the deli in the centre of Arlon and, since this summer, at their home in Nobressart. They're also available from various stores across the region.

The deli also sells regional French products such as olive oil, fruit pulp vinegar, tapenade, Guérande salt, regional biscuits and chocolates.
